BiblioFuse Reader (“the App”) is provided by Modern Logic Tech Solutions (“we” or “us”). We prioritize your privacy and transparency.
2. Data Collection & Cloud Sync
We do not store your personal files, documents, or books on our own servers.
Cloud Synchronization:
The App facilitates synchronization of your content (such as EPUBs, PDFs, and Comic Books) across your devices using your personal cloud storage accounts:
- iCloud (iOS/macOS): Files are stored in your private iCloud container. We do not have access to these files outside of the App’s specific container.
- Google Drive (Android): Files are stored in your personal Google Drive. The App only accesses files you explicitly select or folders you designate for synchronization.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
In-App Purchases:
The App offers paid features via one-time purchases (“Lifetime”) and subscriptions (“Monthly”, “Yearly”).
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or billing details.
- Transaction Data: We may receive anonymous transaction receipts to validate your “Premium” status. This data does not include your personal identity.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for functionality and analytics:
- Google Play Services
- Apple StoreKit (for purchase validation)
5. Permissions
The App requires the following permissions to function:
- Storage Access: Required to open, read, and manage your book files locally.
- Network Access: Required to sync your files with your chosen cloud provider (iCloud or Google Drive) and to validate premium licenses.
