Terms of Service - BiblioFuse Reader

1. Agreement

By downloading or using BiblioFuse Reader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers “Premium” features which can be unlocked via the following methods:

3.1 Lifetime Purchase

A one-time payment that grants permanent access to Premium features. This purchase is non-consumable and does not expire.

3.2 Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer (“As-Is”)

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Modern Logic Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
