By downloading or using BiblioFuse Grep Tag Reader, you agree to both Apple’s Standard EULA and the additional terms below. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.
You retain full ownership of all book files, tags, keyword profiles, and other content you create or import. We claim no rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and scan any files you add to the App.
The App is free to download and includes a limited free tier:

Unlimited access to all features requires a Pro purchase (see Section 5). Reader, manual tagging, file moves, and folder management are always free with no limit.
The App offers Pro access via the following options, processed by Apple:
5.1 Lifetime Purchase A one-time, non-consumable purchase granting permanent Pro access. Does not expire.
5.2 Monthly Subscription Auto-renews monthly. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
5.3 Yearly Subscription Auto-renews annually. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Billing: All payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Account Settings → Subscriptions.
Refunds: Handled directly by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We are unable to process refunds independently.
Family Sharing: Pro purchases support Family Sharing where enabled by Apple.
The Sync feature transfers your book files and library metadata between your own devices via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient iCloud storage for the files you sync. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions or insufficient storage.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modern Logic Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
