Kitty Gambit is a cozy focus timer with an ambient board scene, companion customization, and optional background sounds. The app is designed to work locally on your device. We do not collect personal information, analytics, timer history, companion choices, or usage data.
We do not collect, store on our servers, sell, share, or transmit:
Kitty Gambit does not require an account and does not connect to any MLOGICTECH server.
The app stores the following data locally on your device so it can remember your settings.

This data stays on your device. We do not receive or access it.
Kitty Gambit may ask for permission to send local notifications so it can alert you when a focus or break timer phase finishes.
Kitty Gambit uses an embedded WebView to display the ambient board scene and companion animation.
Developer/debug builds may load the local development server on localhost, but this is not used for App Store distribution.
Background sounds and board move sounds are generated or played locally on your device. Kitty Gambit does not record audio, access the microphone, or transmit audio data.
The current version of Kitty Gambit is offered as a free app and does not require an in-app purchase or subscription for its included features.
If paid features are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released. Any App Store purchases would be handled by Apple, and MLOGICTECH would not receive your payment card details.
Kitty Gambit does not make automatic network requests to MLOGICTECH servers.
Network access may occur only when you choose to open external legal, support, or App Store links. Those pages are handled by your browser or Apple’s services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
All app settings are stored locally on your device. To remove them:
iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Kitty Gambit → Delete App
Deleting the app removes local preferences, onboarding state, and timer settings stored in the app container.
Kitty Gambit does not collect information from any users, including children. The app is a general focus timer and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
