By downloading, installing, or using Kitty Gambit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MLOGICTECH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Kitty Gambit on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal use.
Kitty Gambit is currently offered as a free app. The included focus timer, ambient board scene, companion selection, board styles, and sound settings are available without an in-app purchase or subscription.
If optional paid features are introduced in a future version, the app listing, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those features and any applicable App Store purchase terms.
Kitty Gambit is a focus and productivity timer with a decorative ambient board scene. It is intended to help you keep time during work, study, and break sessions.
You are responsible for deciding whether the timer is suitable for your schedule, work, study, health, or productivity needs. Kitty Gambit does not provide medical, psychological, educational, financial, or professional advice.

The application and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the exclusive property of MLOGICTECH. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The app may include open-source components and third-party assets. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements.
Kitty Gambit stores app preferences locally on your device, such as timer durations, companion choices, board style, sound settings, and onboarding state. MLOGICTECH does not access, store, or transmit this data.
You are responsible for managing your device, app settings, and notification permissions.
Kitty Gambit may schedule local notifications to alert you when timer phases complete. Notification delivery depends on iOS settings, Focus modes, device state, and Apple system behavior. MLOGICTECH does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered at an exact time.
Kitty Gambit is built with software and assets that may include open-source or third-party licensed components. Their respective licenses govern your use of those components.

MLOGICTECH does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MLOGICTECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PRODUCTIVITY, MISSED TASKS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF MLOGICTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MLOGICTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLOGICTECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the application or your violation of these Terms.
MLOGICTECH may release updates to the application from time to time. Updates may add features, fix bugs, modify existing functionality, or change compatibility requirements.
14.1 Your Right to Terminate You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.
14.2 Our Right to Terminate We reserve the right to discontinue the application or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the restrictions in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when we update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLOGICTECH regarding Kitty Gambit.
