These Terms supplement the Apple EULA and do not replace it or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Apple is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for the application or its content.
By downloading, installing, or using LokalTools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MLOGICTECH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LokalTools on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.
LokalTools is a file workspace with PDF, image, video, and file tools. All processing happens on your device. The application does not provide cloud storage of its own; where it works with iCloud Drive or with folders you connect from the Files app (including network servers and third-party storage providers), those services are provided by Apple or by third parties under their own terms.
All LokalTools tools are free. In advertising-enabled releases, LokalTools Ad-Free is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that removes the post-result ads. It does not unlock additional tools, storage or processing capacity. Versions with advertising disabled do not request ads or offer new ad-free subscriptions. Check Settings → Remove Ads for the plan available in your version.
On a reinstalled app or another device using the same Apple Account, choose Settings → Remove Ads → Restore Purchases. Restore and subscription management remain available in releases with advertising disabled. Entitlement depends on a valid, verified Apple transaction.
Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. MLOGICTECH does not process App Store payments or refunds directly. Consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Free users may temporarily see no ads because of connectivity, consent choices, provider availability or a release with advertising disabled. The subscription removes ads where they would otherwise be served; it does not guarantee that a free user will always receive ads. A period without ads does not automatically pause or cancel an existing subscription. You can cancel renewal through Apple at any time.
Advertising-enabled releases use Google AdMob to display an interstitial after a tool finishes and its result is available. The app configures ad personalization as disabled. Advertising data and consent choices are explained in the Privacy Policy. Your files and tool results are not supplied to the ad provider. Active ad-free subscribers do not request or display ads.
Ads and their destinations are provided by third parties. An ad is not an endorsement by MLOGICTECH; third-party offers and services have their own terms. To report an inappropriate ad, use any reporting control in the ad or contact support@mlogictech.com with its description and approximate time. Do not generate fraudulent impressions or clicks.
You may not:
The application and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the exclusive property of MLOGICTECH. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
LokalTools is a tool for working with your own files. You retain full ownership of all files you open, create, or process with LokalTools. MLOGICTECH does not receive your files. All tool processing occurs on-device. Transfers you choose through iCloud, Connected Folders or sharing destinations are handled by those services.
You are solely responsible for:
Passport photo and ID card layouts are a convenience tool. Official photo and document requirements vary by country and change over time. It is your responsibility to check that any output meets the requirements of the authority you submit it to, and to handle other people’s identity documents lawfully. MLOGICTECH does not guarantee that any output will be accepted.
Some actions change or remove files — for example batch renaming, moving, or deleting files (including duplicates you choose to delete), in local storage, iCloud Drive, or Connected Folders. These actions may not be reversible. Automated features such as text recognition (OCR), background removal, face blurring, compression, and duplicate detection may produce imperfect results — for example, face blurring may miss a face. Keep backups of anything important.
Files kept in the LokalTools iCloud container are stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by your agreement with Apple and Apple’s iCloud Terms of Service. Folders you connect from network servers or third-party storage providers are governed by those providers’ terms. MLOGICTECH has no access to data stored in these locations.
LokalTools includes open-source components. Their respective licences govern your use of those components.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MLOGICTECH does not warrant that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MLOGICTECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF FILES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF MLOGICTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MLOGICTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLOGICTECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the application or your violation of these Terms.
MLOGICTECH may release updates to the application from time to time. Updates may add features, fix bugs, or modify or remove existing functionality. Some features may require a recent version of iOS or iPadOS or particular device hardware.
17.1 Your Right to Terminate You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.
17.2 Our Right to Terminate We reserve the right to discontinue the application or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the restrictions in Section 6.
17.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Your files remain on your device, in your iCloud account, or in your connected folders — we do not delete them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when we update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Apple EULA and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLOGICTECH regarding LokalTools.
