End User License Agreement (EULA) - PacketPlanner (Angpao Planner)

1. Agreement

By downloading or using PacketPlanner / Angpao Planner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Pro Upgrade (iPhone, iPad and Android)

On iPhone, iPad and Android the App is free to download and offers a "Pro" upgrade via a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features:

Multiple plans, so you can keep a separate sheet for each year (free users are limited to 1 plan)
Unlimited groups (free users are limited to 1 group)
Optional automatic backup
Export to Excel
Backup & Restore functionality
Ad-free experience (Android only)

3.1 One-Time Purchase

This is a non-consumable, lifetime purchase that does not expire.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
Restoration: You can restore your purchase on other devices you own by tapping "Restore License" in the Settings menu.

4. Windows (Microsoft Store)

The Windows version of the App is a paid app sold through the Microsoft Store, offered with a free trial. It works differently from the mobile versions:

Free trial. The Microsoft Store offers a free trial period for this App, as stated in the Store listing (at the time of writing, 1 day). During the trial you have full access to every feature. The trial length is set in the Store listing and may change; the length shown in the Store when you install is the one that applies to you.
Purchase after the trial. To keep using the App once the trial ends, you must buy it. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment is charged to your Microsoft Account at confirmation of purchase, at the price displayed in the Store for your market. Trial expiry and licensing are enforced by the Microsoft Store, not by the App.
No in-app purchases and no subscriptions. There is no "Pro" upgrade to buy and no "Restore License" step. Every feature listed in Section 3 above is unlocked from first launch, both during the trial and after purchase.
No advertisements. The Windows version never displays ads.
Your licence is tied to the Microsoft Account used for the purchase and may be used on your Windows devices signed in to that account, in accordance with Microsoft Store terms.
Microsoft Store terms also apply. Your purchase and use of the App through the Microsoft Store are additionally governed by the Microsoft Services Agreement (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement) and the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms. Where those terms conflict with this EULA, the Microsoft terms prevail for the Store transaction.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by the store you purchased from, in accordance with that store’s refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

6. Data & Privacy

All your data is stored locally on your device. We have no servers that receive your data and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information.

Automatic backup is optional and off by default. When you turn it on, your plans are written as files to your own storage — your private iCloud Drive container on iPhone and iPad, the App’s private storage on Android, or a PacketPlanner Backups folder inside your Documents folder on Windows. Those files stay under your control; we cannot read them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Advertisements (Android Free Users)

The free version of the Android app displays banner ads at the bottom of the screen. These ads are served by Google AdMob. Users who purchase the Pro upgrade will not see any ads. The iOS and Windows versions do not display ads.

8. Disclaimer ("As-Is")

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Modern Logic Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
