By downloading or using PacketPlanner / Angpao Planner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App offers a "Pro" upgrade via a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features:
3.1 One-Time Purchase
Refund requests are handled directly by the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The free version of the Android app displays banner ads at the bottom of the screen. These ads are served by Google AdMob. Users who purchase the Pro upgrade will not see any ads.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Modern Logic Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
