By downloading, installing, or using PaperClerk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MLOGICTECH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PaperClerk on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.
PaperClerk is free to download and includes the following each month:
The free tier has no time limit. The monthly extraction count resets on the first day of each calendar month.
A Pro upgrade is available via in-app purchase, unlocking:
Pro is available in three options:
The Lifetime purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase. It entitles you to Pro features permanently on all Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
MLOGICTECH does not process App Store refunds directly.
You may not:
The application and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the exclusive property of MLOGICTECH. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
PaperClerk is a tool for organising your own documents. You retain full ownership of all documents you file using PaperClerk. MLOGICTECH does not access, store, or transmit your documents. All processing occurs on-device.
You are solely responsible for:
The iCloud sync feature stores your document database and filed documents in your personal iCloud Drive. This data is governed by your agreement with Apple and Apple’s iCloud Terms of Service. MLOGICTECH has no access to data stored in your iCloud account.
Disabling iCloud sync does not delete your iCloud data. You must manually remove the PaperClerk folder from iCloud Drive if you wish to delete that data.
PaperClerk is built on open-source components. Their respective licences govern your use of those components.

MLOGICTECH does not warrant that:
AI-extracted data (vendor, date, amount, document type) should be reviewed before relying on it for accounting or legal purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MLOGICTECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF DOCUMENTS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF MLOGICTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MLOGICTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLOGICTECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the application or your violation of these Terms.
MLOGICTECH may release updates to the application from time to time. Updates may add features, fix bugs, or modify existing functionality. Your subscription or Lifetime purchase entitles you to all future updates at no additional cost while your entitlement is active.
13.1 Your Right to Terminate You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your devices and cancelling any active subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
13.2 Our Right to Terminate We reserve the right to discontinue the application or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the restrictions in Section 4.
13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Your documents remain on your device or in your iCloud Drive — we do not delete them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when we update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLOGICTECH regarding PaperClerk.
