We do not warrant that the content is accurate, current, or suitable for your situation, or that following it will prevent, limit, or remedy any security incident.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MLOGICTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, FUNDS, ACCOUNTS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE APP OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLOGICTECH from any claim arising out of your use of the app, your reliance on its content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update the app and its content at any time, including changing or removing sections. Updates are provided at our discretion.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
We may revise these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These terms, together with Apple’s standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLOGICTECH regarding the app.
